The shells and/or driftwood on these mirrors traveled across the Gulf of Mexico and washed up on the beaches of Pine Island, Sanibel, Ft. Myer's Beach and Lover's Key, amoung others. They were carefully inspected for any living creatures before they were chosen for the final part of their journey, becoming a part of a creation that will remind others of the places that they have traveled.
